Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel any time from app settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What languages does transcription support?

Pick one of 16 transcription languages for the best on-device live experience, including English, Danish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese. Auto can use cloud after-stop detection where supported, and the cloud engine understands 30+ languages.

Does the app work offline?

Audio recording and local storage always work offline. On supported iPhones with the needed models, live transcription, live translation, and private summaries can also run on-device offline; otherwise cloud processing runs when you are back online.

How accurate is the transcription?

Transcription is highly accurate on clear speech in supported languages. Performance varies with audio quality, accents, and overlapping speakers.

Is my data private?

Your transcripts and notes are stored securely and are only accessible to you, enforced with per-user access control at the database level. Raw audio is deleted from the cloud within about 48 hours after transcription; your device keeps its copy for about 30 days for re-transcription. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing saves you money. Ink goes from €83.88/year (paid monthly) to €69.99/year, about 17% off, roughly two months free.

How does Conference Ink differ from Otter or Fireflies?

Conference Ink is built for in-person sessions where you sit in the room with a speaker — conferences, sermons, lectures, workshops. The bookmark-while-listening flow and on-device-first design distinguish it from meeting-bot tools.
